CACELLATION POLICY : Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule, please contact me ASAP (24 hours before our appointment) and I will do my best to accommodate your preference.
LATE POLICY : $1.00 per minute, appointment will be held for 15 minutes, afterwards you’ll be charged 100% of service. If you are running late, please call and notify to keep your spot reserved.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW : Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service
